Built by Team Dynamics using many of the part from the Honda Civic Type-Rs used by the team the previous year. Driven by Matt Neal to take the 2005 BTCC title.

Sold to Mike Jordan's Team Eurotech and used in the 2006/07 BTCC. At the final round of 2007, the car was involved in a big accident which saw Jordan hospitalised. Over the winter the car was stripped and many of the salvaged parts were transferred into a new shell (TD-06).

The remains of the damaged shell was eventually repaired, although has remained unused. Sold on with 006 to Tech-Speed and later to Dominican Rebpublic -based 2T MotorSport
