At the end of the season the car went to Opel Sweden to evaluate. Initial suggestions were that the car was converted to S2000-spec and run as an an Opel GTC in the Swedish series, but actually that was a new car.

The remains of the stripped shell eventually returned to the UK, and sometime around 2010 was put on a display stand outside Bicester College. The car would remain there until 2020 when it was rescued by Eliot Dunmore.
