Built late 2007 to replace TD-07-001, which was destroyed in a multi-car accident at Brands Hatch. The car would be driven by Matt Neal at the final two rounds of the year.

For 2008, the car would be driven by Tom Chilton.

A final BTCC outing would come at the 2009 Media Day, where the car would be driven by Dave Pinkney. For the remainder of the year, Pinkney would use a the new chassis (TD-09-005) but that car had not been finished in time for the media day.
