Built during the latter part of the 2011 season, the car features a number of development tweaks and minor improvements over the prototype and original pair of race cars (002 and 003). The car first appeared in public on display at the final BTCC round of the year at Silverstone.The car was purchased by Speedworks and run for Adam Morgan in 2012 and Ollie Jackson in 2013.
Sold to Handy Motorsport and run for team boss Simon Belcher during 2014 and 2015. An accident during qualifying at Thruxton in 2015 meant that Belcher had to step aside for budgetary reasons and his place at the Snetterton, Knockhill and Rockingham rounds was taken by Robb Holland.
Handy building a new car for 2016 meant the chassis was retired. Now returned to 2014 livery, it remains part of Simon Belcher's collection.
