Comments
Initially used as a spare / test chassis, the car would not see it's race debut until 2003 when Yvan Muller drove it to the BTCC title. Muller would again use the car in 2004, this time finishing as championship runner-up.

Sold to Erkut Kizilirmak, who raced it in the 2005 Turkish championship.

The car would remain unused until the final round of the 2008 BTCC. Kizilirmak had intended to race this car but only managed a couple of laps during free practice so was forced to switch back to the Astra Sport Hatch he had driven for the majority of the year.

Sold to Martin Johnson, who would race it in the 2009 and 2010 BTCC. Johnson then sold the car to Dubai based team Phoenix Racing who ran it in the UAE championship, albeit with Johnson driving.

Bought by Peter England in late 2014, who also ran the car in the UAE series.

2021 Restored to 2003 configuration.

2022 sold to Stuart Lines
