Driven by Harry Vaulkhard under the Tempus Sport banner for the first half of the 2009 BTCC season. On the final lap of the race at Croft, Vaulkhard spun the car going into the Complex and was collected by the Ford Focus of Tom Chilton, causing heavy rear-end damage. Vaulkhard would switch back to his 2008 car for the remainder of the season.

The damaged shell was eventually repaired and used as a show car, before being sold to Japanese driver Yukinori Taniguchi where it remains in his private collection.
