Run by Barwell Motorsport for former motorcycle racer Aaron Slight in the 2002 BTCC.

Sold to Rob Collard in 2003 and run by his own team in 2003/04, before being sold to Mark Proctor in 2005.

In 2006 the car was purchased by Opel Team Sweden. It’s believed that they had intended to convert to S2000-spec, as they had done with V2001-002 and V2001-005, but ultimate decided it would be better to build a new S2000 car based on the latest model, so never used the car.

The car remained with Opel Sweden until being returned to the UK and sold to Gareth Keeler in 2014. By this stage the car was still in the livery as used by Proctor and virtually untouched since last raced in 2005.

Late 2017 the chassis was sold to a UK owner to return it to it's original configuration.
